Dan Walkow - Giving Up A Green Card or US Citizenship

While Dan's business is cross-border investment, he meets many people who have or will have tax and healthcare problems. This segment David and Dan deal with the problems and consequences of giving up a US resident alien "Green Card" - and how they can leave the US yet keep the green card if this is what they wish.

People pay (or invest) huge amounts to get a Green Card - or put their name in and hope that they'll be one of the 40,000 or so people per year who "win the lottery" - but despite all this there are some people who, having won their residency and permission to work might find they want to leave the US.
